I have known Mr. Delgosha for the last 11 years, through referral from a friend. He helped me purchase my first apartment/home in Canada. As a new comer I didnt know much about the market, area, purchase price, mortgage, approvals, etc. He helped me through all stages until I found the apartment I liked. He was a great adviser, expert, professional and most of all a wonderful human being. Since then I had rented my apartment, bought a new property, sold this one, and many many many other help that no other agent would have ever done, specially during the Covid time.
