Gwen is great at follow-up and follow-through. We appreciated her ability to work within our price range and show us things that we expected to see as well as some that weren't necessarily expected (one of which turned out to be the house we actually ended up happily buying!). She took the time and energy necessary into touring a plethora of homes while inventory was quickly being scooped up, and when we did have an offer accepted, she worked behind the scenes with all of the other parties to make our purchasing experience as smooth, effortless and stress-free as possible. Even after purchase, she checked in regarding things such as applying for our homestead exemption months later. Gwen was definitely the right person at the right place in the right time for us and we'd recommend her to others without reservation the same way she was recommended to us.
