Gwen was an exceptional help. I went out to Calgary from Montreal to visit with my son. My son and I had discussed the plan to shop around for a Condo throughout the summer (2 bedroom preferably, with indoor garage). I would have never dreamed of finding a condo for my son in my short visit of 13 days. I had no vehicle to get around. Gwen showed up 3 days in a row, "on time" when we scheduled dates for visits, and took me around. We visited about 5 condos per day. She helped me scout for my son while he was working and then on the Friday when my son was off work, we chose to review 5 condos with Gwen again, who took the time to pick us up and visit the 5 potential choices, and low and behold, we made an offer on a condo, and I went back home knowing my son was very pleased and excited with the beautiful condo he will soon be moving into.
