My agent was Gwen Leen. She was very knowledgeable on the current housing market trend and was very helpful and straight forward with me about the sale of my parent’s house. In addition, she was very knowledgeable in other aspects of the real estate business, which proved to be useful give some of the unexpected challenges we experienced during the process. She would respond quickly to the text messages, e-mails, or calls that I would send her. Her service was exemplary, and I would recommend Gwen to others in need of a real estate agent.
Gwen is wonderful. She had an Estate Sale, had my house empty and cleaned For Sale sign went out on a Tues and house was sold next day. For asking price.
