Jean and Morgan take care of our homes in Montreat as if they were their own. If there is a problem at 10 pm on a Saturday night, they are there. We sleep better in Texas knowing that they are taking care of our homes in Montreat. We couldn’t do it without them and highly recommend them. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and great communication skills are traits that make them fantastic partners for us.

I would highly recommend Second Home Care. Jean and Morgan have been incredibly attentive and proactive in caring for our cabin in Montreat. Our associate minister and his wife spent time at our cabin and Morgan delivered a gift and stocked our refrigerator for their arrival. All we have to do is call or email when we are arriving and they have the heat or air turned on and the lights on as well. They regularly check on the home and specifically caught a water leak due to frozen water pipes, got it repaired and then continued to check our home for further problems. Most recently, Jean noticed a smell and realized our refrigerator had failed. I just ordered the refrigerator replacement and Jean has offered to meet them and accept delivery. It has made our investment a very enjoyable and special place as we just come and relax and do not have to spend the weekend working and repairing. Well worth the investment!!!
