our home selling and new purchase at the same time went through complicated logistics with the government shutdown hindering closing on the house we were selling. there were mulitple times where we thought deals were going to fall through on buying our new home due to the contingency offer of our old house sale, and Gretchen worked with multiple parties and title companies and realtors to keep the deals going and changing up loans and back and forth to negotiate everything out. Without her we would not have been able to make it all happen and move into our next house, which we are incredibly grateful for.
