Working with Greg was such a pleasure. He truly made 'the buying a home' process quite enjoyable. To begin, the thought of buying a home can be daunting and quite overwhelming. While working with Greg, we were able to get on the same page immediately. He really listened to our needs and every house he sent our way was one step closer to our dream home. Talk about 'knowing your clients.' Greg made himself available every weekend to show us homes. He was not as familiar with the real estate in Marin, but QUICKLY became a pro within the area. It became apparent that he had our best intentions. Funny story. The home we ended up buying was a home I initially passed up. I didn't like the pictures so I never mentioned it to Greg. Well, while looking at another home in the same area, Greg talked us into at least taking a look. He kept saying, 'I think your going to like this home, it checks most of your boxes, and to disregard the pics because at times, pictures don't do justice.' Well, once we drove up the driveway, walked into the home, we knew it was the one! Greg completely knew what we wanted and he found us our dream home! I cannot put into words how amazing it was to work with Greg! Talk about a good person who is REALLY good at their job! You can tell he truly cares about his clients and there well being. During this process, we not only met a wonderful agent, but we made a friend. I would and will suggest Greg to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a home. Thanks Greg!
