Gregg helped my son navigate the process of buying his first home. He also helped navigate a difficult closing on buying a rental property with my dad. He answered any questions we had and always looked out for our best interest. If you are looking to buy or sell a home or investment property. Go with Gregg, you won't regret it.
Gregg was very helpful and instrumental with the sale of my mother's house considering myself, brother and mother all live in Columbus.
My mother came to Columbus for cancer treatment at The James. She is negative for cancer and recovering from treatment for the past year and a half. It was time to make a decision on the house and Gregg jumped right on in with a sense of urgency making the transaction smooth for my family!
Thank you Gregg!

Gregg was great from start to finish. It had been 21 years ago since we last sold a house and Gregg guided us through the system with no issues. We had moved during the listing and Gregg would check on the house for us when we had a showing, he'd set the alarm system once he had left, just gave us a peace of mind. Gregg even went as far as to call a plumber and to start repairs on a busted toilet valve in the finished basement. Gregg had gone to the house to open it up for a showing and discovered the leak. We still had water damage but nothing as bad as it could have been. My wife and I are quite pleased with Gregg and his associates.
Gregg is professional, helpful, and honest — you can't ask for more than that in a realtor. He kept us aware of his marketing plan for our house, and when we experienced challenges getting our first showings he worked with his colleagues at Coldwell to put together an aggressive marketing plan. In the end, we sold our house for a great price and our experience was excellent. If you need a great realtor, Gregg's your man.
He made it quick and easy for us. He also found what we were looking for pretty fast without sending a bunch of property’s that weren’t to our spec. I would definitely recommend going with Greg to help you find what your looking for!
