I really want the place,but I think I had a scam call

I wanted to recognize and let you know of the wonderful experience I had with Mr. Greg Hutchinson.First of all, I'm so thankful for Mr. Hutchinson's wisdom, knowledge, experience, character and overall selflessness showed me while selling my mother's house.Anytime there was an issue, Mr. Hutchinson stood ready, willing and able to eliminate any obstacles we had selling the property. Mr. Hutchinson had everyone lined up, from house cleaning to termite inspections. One obstacle we faced with the sale was when Mr. Hutchinson received a phone call from the buyer's mortgage lender. The lender was complaining about not having the survey ready in a timely manner.  Mr. Hutchinson politely and professionally explained the issue had nothing to do with the sellers, made several phone calls to move along the survey and was able to meet the needs of the buyer's timeline. Mr. Hutchinson did all of this calmly, cooly and collectively. In my opinion, this reflected upon Mr. Hutchinson as servant leadership.In closing, Greg exceeded my customer expectations. The level of customer service, advice and experience are invaluable. Mr. Hutchinson's interpersonal skills, knowledge, experience, and positive attitude are huge assets to your organization. I'm a small business owner and rarely run across someone like Mr. Hutchinson.
