Amazing realtor, have used multiple times and she always comes through and makes sure that you are doing everything the right way. 10/10 recommend.

Grace helped us with selling a home (we got an offer after a few hours of posting pictures) and purchasing our current home. She is knowledgeable, patient, and resourceful. Grace listens to her clients and gets a real understanding of their specific needs and wishes. She guides you during the whole process, from start to closing, with professionalism and respect.

Grace has helped us buy two homes, and each time she was so helpful and understanding of our needs. She went above and beyond to get to know us and find us the perfect home.I can’t say enough great things about Grace, I will never use another realtor.

Grace is the best! She answered every question, was available day or night, and made our experience selling our home amazing! We wholeheartedly recommend her

She made my purchase of a new home painless and fun because she is a delightful person and a complete professional.

When we were told by our landlord he was selling the house we rented and we needed to be out in 30 days, we thought it was impossible to actually buy a house in that amount of time. However, with 2 extra weeks of time from our landlord, Grace was able to make us homeowners. She led us through a crash course in home buying, at our request showed us far more houses than was reasonable (lol), and got us into a house we love just in time. Great experience!

What an incredible experience! I don’t even know where to begin. We went through the toughest situation on an initial house, but grace followed us through to another house, and after working with us for nearly three months to close.. she saw us through to the closing table! We are so thankful for all of the help, guidance, and information she provided us with. She was extremely aware of the entire process, always answered our questions, and was quick to reply! Highly recommend, and will never use another realtor.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Professional, hard-working, proficient, and the realtor you want to help you with every step of the buying/selling process! We are are so thankful that Grace Toninato helped us through the craziness of selling our house and buying our dream home!

Grace went above and beyond for me. She was kind, smart and knew her stuff. She listed my house at a comeptive price to sell and made sure my home was marketable. She provided me with a great contractor for some repairs necessary to sell and made the process so smooth and ultimately exciting! Being a first time seller, I knew very little about the process and she took the time to walk me through everything step by step. She kept me sane and sold my house in 36 hours! I highly recommend her!
