Grace served with respect and dignity. She was very nice and detailed. I will recommend Grace to anyone who need the kind of services Grace provides

Grace got my home sold in a very tough market. A true professional and a pleasure to work with.

Grace Franco Lloyd is the best agent that I've worked with over many years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Hands down this was the best experience I could have wished for! The last time we moved was obout 30 years ago so the experience of buying a new home and selling our old home was somewhat new to us. Grace was extremly knowledgeble and took us by the hand to walk us through the process. Her proffessionalism and vast experience made us feel extreemly comfortable. With this and her marketing skills our home had multiple showings and offers and sold in 5 days! She found us the perfect home that checked all our boxes prior to the sale of our old home. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. Thank you Grace!! Mike & Ann Dermott

I'd like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and respect to Grace Franco-Lloyd for everything you've done for me with the listing and selling of our property in Orangeville. Grace went out of her way to help me with caring for the house since I live a few hours away from the residence in Orangeville and driving daily was very tiring. So Grace offered to help me in anyway she and her husband were able to give me a hand. I couldn't have had any better than Grace and Trust her and her husband 100% . I highly recommend Grace Franco-Lloyd for your Realtor needs; Selling or Buying. Grace listens when you're talking and when you run ideas pass her, for her professional opinion she'll be honest and respectful. On behalf of my family and myself (Connie J.) I really just want to say Thank you for everything you've done for us. Grace, your simply one of the best!

They are amazing. We would recomend them to everyone near and far.

Our experience with Grace was excellent. She made the process of selling smooth and easy. She works very hard to advertise your house using many different marketing . She’s not only great at her job she is caring, kind and wants best for her customers. She’s was very devoted to us and our needs and went above and beyond our expectations.

This rental market has been brutal, but Grace made the process of renting out a 2bdrm apartment so simple. Her professionalism and personalized service made me feel like I was her most important client. Thank you, Grace, I just can't say enough good things about the excellent service you provided. CC

Our experience with Grace was exceptional. She gave great advice on preparing the property for sale and lending assistance on getting the proper people in to clean and stage the property. We thought it could take months to sell and we received two offers within 5 days of it being listed. The offer we accepted was above listing in a slow moving market. I would recommend Grace to anyone looking to sell their home. A very appreciative client of Grace.
