Grace Angela Cobbina was my real estate agent. She indeed provided me with information when I did not know what to look for. Eg; Insurance, Mortgage etc. She even went ahead and asked the hard questions to the builder about warranty and other perks I did not know I could ask for. I will choose her all over again if I am buying my next house in a few years.
My agent (Grace-Angie) was extremely helpful. She had so much patience with us, promptly responding to all our requests and ensuring she was available to view all the listings we found.
