This is move 19 for us--it was the most trying for us simply because of our age, physical conditions, and proclivity to forget things. In all of our moves, we've encountered 19 realtors. We recently completed our 2nd transaction with Gordon and the experience was even better than the 1st time only because he had to do more work with our sale than he did with original purchase. Gordon went above and beyond in taking care of normal details like inspections but also fixing problems. He even purchased and installed new lightbulbs in the garage. This was all particularly helpful because we had already moved out of state. Gordon was also very wise and skillful in handling buyer agents, ensuring a smooth transaction. And Gordon and his team were responsive to questions and requests, as well as informative. He even reminded me about several things I needed to do which I'd not thought through. I can't say enough good things about Gordon as our agent!
