As a first time home buyer, my wife and I had to tackle so many choices and trade-offs, and Gina helped us navigate those tricky situations with ease. Gina was able to quickly identify what we cared about most in a home within the first few tours, and prevented us from making any emotional decisions by anchoring us to our identified priorities. Having lived in multi-family rentals all along, we had no clue what to watch out for in single family homes, and Gina's expertise and experience came in super handy. During each tour, Gina would proactively point out the positives and potential downsides of the home, and patiently answer all of our questions. In particular, she was super helpful in providing some rough estimates on renovating the living spaces (like redoing the kitchen, painting the walls, or replacing carpets/floors), which really helped us understand the full costs we had to bear for that particular home. Gina also has excellent contacts for other real estate services - she helped us find an excellent lender, home inspector, a carpet company and a painter (to name a few)! This was especially helpful as a first time home buyer! Throughout the entire process, she was never pushy, and always provided us the time and space to make a decision, but also provided us with valuable inputs when we requested her to do so.
