We were impressed with Gina’s level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with her since we were set on buying in Heritage , wake forest and we are so thankful we did. Gina was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. In the end we decided to go with a new construction home . Since we were moving from another state , we couldn’t always monitor the progress of our new home , but Gina would always keep us updated , sending pictures of each and every stage of the construction. Moving and buying would have been so stressful but Gina made everything easy for us . I can not say enough good things about Gina. She is so meticulous. My husband and I were so impressed with her knowledge and skills.
