I would absolutely recommend Gina DiRocco at Berkshire Hathaway to be your realtor. Gina has a vast knowledge of so many issues that can crop up during a sale. When I encountered something I was unfamiliar with or did not know who could assist me, Gina knew exactly what to do and presented me with several ways to take care of the issue, and all were extremely good options. I felt confident every step that my sale would go through rather easily because of her, and it did! If I was to enter into another real estate transaction, she would be my first phone call.
Gina has been nothing but an amazing resource during this process. I wasn’t familiar with the workings of purchasing a new home. Every time I had a question Gina would either have the answer or find it for me. The act of moving is stressful to say the least. Gina not only was a realtor but was also able to help with simple things I had not considered, (set up utilities , contact the association etc ).
