Gina Bartel is an excellent realtor! Being part of the Military on the Move program, we were connected with her from the realtor who helped us sell our house out of state. She was patient and attentive finding us a home to purchase. She was responsive to calls and texts, and answered all our questions and requests. We will definitely recommend her to anyone who asks about a local realtor! Thank you, Gina!

Gina is very knowledgeable real estate agent. She helped me by my first rental property and guided me thru each step. It was a pleasure working with her.

Very professional and highly responsive agent. Gina has been excellent with us and always able to satisfy our needs. We

Gina was instrumental in helping us secure our dream home. Through transparent and consistent communications, she handled the entire process with care, compassion, and professionalism. She has our highest recommendation!

All I can say is OMG what an amazing person! Gina is kind, super smart, great communication, always gets back quickly no matter how many questions I ask 24/7 texted!. In a sellers market she gave me great advice and confidence on how to offer, followed up by having my lender talk to the other realtor all which added up to me getting the win!!!!! Everything went perfect! Her attention after the deal was excellent even showing up at the closing. If your very fortunate she could be your realtor next! Will always be my goto

We called the listing agent off of a sign in Lithia, and he immediately referred us to Gina Bartel, his Buyer's Agent. We made contact with her within 5 minutes, and from the get-go, she was and has been the best. She understood our needs, and we shared our situation with her in terms of what we were looking for. We live in Texas so there were a lot of texts and emails going back and forth, and once we honed in on a location she was super attentive and sent us applicable homes in that particular neighborhood. She schedule showings and videoed the homes s(only 2 because she knew what we wanted) so we could view them through her. Once we were under contract, she kept us abreast of what was happening next and kept us directly in the loop. She is fantastic. Being a Buyer's Agent myself, and my husband also is in the housing industry, we are very in tune with how transactions should go, and I would recommend her to anyone looking in the Greater Tampa Bay area. I have already referred a friend looking to relocate from Texas to Florida, and I know I will again. She is a true asset to Florida Executive Realty!!

Wow, we really feel like the stars aligned when we found Gina and her team. With our upcoming relocation from Las Vegas coming quickly, she was very accommodating and helped us move fast in this crazy market. Thank you Gina!

Gina was incredible to work with and help us to find and buy our dream home! Being stationed on the west coast in the military made both my wife and I hesitant about purchasing a home without being able to view it in person, however Gina was a true blessing to have working with us on our behalf giving us FaceTime showings and plenty of photos/videos of any particular area of the hone we asked. Having her give us plenty of feedback of information about the neighborhood and community along with schools and restaurants helped make this move so much easier and less stressful than we had envisioned. Talking with Gina for more than a couple minutes you will quickly understand you feel more like a long lost friend than a client. We are very happy to have had her help and guidance throughout the home buying process and highly recommend anyone moving to the Tampa or South Florida area to reach out to her and see for yourself. Sincerely, Donaldson Family

Gina helped make our dream home buying process come true! This house hunting process was a little difficult due to being stationed on the west coast in the military, but Gina made herself available at all hours and helped us feel at ease even being so far away. My wife appreciated all the local community information provided on anything from schools to best restaurants for lunch and dinner. Her ability to relate to the whole military PCS process was a huge benefit for us as well in giving us insightful tips about MacDill AFB. We couldn’t be happier and have been made to feel like close friends and family to her after even just the first phone call. Sincerely Donaldson Family

We are a retired couple who have moved numerous times. Gina is definitely the most competent and accommodating realtor we have ever worked with. You would be in good hands for your new home search!
