Giddeon review Knowledgeable, honest, patient, genuine, professional, hard working, diligent, trustworthy, available… just to name a few of the many amazing qualities that describe Giddeon. He always had a great attitude, and always knew how to be reassuring and comforting and confident all the time. At the beginning of this year, my husband and I started talking about selling our house which was almost two hours away, and moving back to town. Very shortly after, we met Giddeon by accident at an open house down the street. We spoke a little, talked about posssibly moving back. He was not pushy at all, just gave us his card if we decided to move forward and needed an agent. And that was the beginning of our 6 month relationship! He helped us sell our house, that was located in a challenging area that was not selling much. He put in a lot of work and made it happen! He also helped us buy our new home- in the most perfect location that we thought would never be possible. Through the entire process, of both selling and buying, Giddeon demonstrated his outstanding realtor skills, he basically ran the show while we had two escrows going simultaneously. It was such a stressful time, but we owe a lot of it to Giddeon! He kept our stress level down as best as he could, got things done, stayed on top of everyone- lenders, solar companies, our buyers’s agents, our HOA, just everything! He always made sure we understood what we were signing, he always explained thoroughly in detail things that we did not understand, or how processes worked. I can keep going on and on, but I will end it here by 100% recommending Giddeon to anyone I know.

In an industry full of real estate agents, Gideon truly stands out. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, communicative, and proactive, keeping everyone informed every step of the way. He made the entire transaction smooth and stress-free through consistent communication and genuine professionalism. The reality is that a lot of people have a real estate license, but not everyone is a true professional. Gideon absolutely is. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, kind, and the type of agent every buyer, seller, and fellow agent hopes to work with. I can’t recommend Gideon highly enough. If you’re considering working with him, don’t think twice—you’ll be in excellent hands. He sets the standard for what a real estate professional should be, and I genuinely look forward to working with him again.

Giddeon did a wonderful job from beginning to end, from removing unwanted furniture after I moved, staging my town home for the listing, and working with contractors on minor repairs. We received an offer above the listing price after the first day of the first open house. We just closed with no hiccups and I could not be happier! I'd recommend Giddeon to anyone in our area who is considering selling their home...or buying one!

Giddeon was excellent! He was very patient and listened to our needs and wants for our forever home and made the process extremely easy! Highly recommended to anyone looking for their future home!

Could not recommend Giddeon enough, especially for first-time homebuyers. Giddeon was available to offer very thorough advice during our entire time working with him. We felt reassured that he was always there to give us reminders and updates as needed. I'm so appreciative of all his help in guiding us to secure our new home.

I met Giddeon several years ago through a mutual friend of ours John Curry. Needless to say we clicked right away. One of daughters was paying high rent, her thinking was she couldn’t afford to buy. She always had a good amount in her savings. Kristin and I talked, I persuaded her to begin looking for a property rather than renting Fast forward, first person I reached out to was Giddeon, brought him up to speed with my daughter, eventually introduced her, and our younger daughter to Gideon at an open house in October last year. The two girls decided to combine their resources and purchase together. Giddeon always answered our phone calls, immediately texted back very quick. He was always transparent and very professional throughout the process of emailing us or texting us property’s/listings Fast forward to this past week 2/02, our daughters closed escrow on their first home ever at ages 27 & 26...I like to thank Giddeon for making it all possible. The mortgage is actually less than the rent amount. Looking back, we couldn’t have made a better choice going with former Olympian Giddeon Massie. FIVE Stars well deserved. Truly, Joe & Lisa Hurtado

What a joy it was to work with Giddeon during the search for our first home. He was incredibly knowledgeable, immensely patient, diligent, punctual, hard-working, and thorough throughout the entire home search and escrow process. As first time home-buyers, my fiancé and I were uneasy about this endeavor. We lacked knowledge and experience in real-estate and therefore were eager to find someone who could guide and teach a couple of novices like us. Giddeon was the perfect fit for us. Much in part to his extensive expertise and meticulous work as our agent, we remained confident with each step that we took in this process. He's a gold-medalist agent in our books!

First off, we’d like to thank Giddeon for his continued patience with us and for helping us maintain our hope! It took us close to 3 years to find the perfect home. He weathered the storm with us through the pandemic, job insecurity, military transition and a few other major life events. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I felt awful every time we were beat out by other offers (at least 9 that we could remember). Giddeon walked us through and helped us keep our heads up. We’re blessed to have met him and would highly recommend to anyone looking for their next property. He will steer you in the right direction and will protect you from sneaky agents! He truly gets to know you and your life situation and will guide you from there. Thank you Giddeon, we truly would not have done this without you!

With this being our first time buying a place, Giddeon couldn’t have been more patient! He answered all of our questions and was always a couple steps ahead of the team! We really appreciate how much you’ve done for us to get into our dream first home! Thank you so much!
