I came across Gia Strawn when doing my own research due to lack of communication by my previous realtor. When I made the decision to switch realtors, she was my obvious choice. She set me up with a MLS and gave me a loft of good info even though I wasn't her client at the time. After I switched to her, she was out doing virtual showings for me the next day. The week leading up to my house hunting trip, she went through a dozen homes for me to make sure I had enough time to view my favorites when I arrived. She went over all my contracts with me, and helped negotiate with the seller for a better deal. I don't know if she had other clients, but she always responsed to me day or night within an hour usually.
