Ghada just sold our home under circumstances that could have been incredibly stressful — and absolutely knocked it out of the park. We had to move across the state just weeks before listing, which meant we weren’t even there to manage the final prep. Ghada took complete ownership of everything: coordinating contractors, negotiating excellent pricing for the work, overseeing the details, and making sure the house showed beautifully. Her guidance on pricing and strategy was spot-on. We ended up selling significantly above list price and far beyond what we expected, especially given the market conditions and the short time we had owned the home. This level of execution is exactly why we’ve worked with her before. She first helped us relocate from Portland to Seattle during the pandemic, managing all tours virtually and finding us a rental that exceeded our expectations — no small feat with a large dog and very specific neighborhood requirements. In 2023, she guided us through buying our home with the same responsiveness and smart, steady advice. Ghada is warm and personable, but also direct, strategic, and deeply knowledgeable. We trust her completely. She even connected us with a fantastic realtor in our new city. We’ll truly miss working with her. If you want someone who will advocate for you, execute flawlessly, and deliver results, Ghada is it.

Ghada did an amazing job helping us relocate from the east coast to the Seattle area. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the market on the Eastside where we were looking, she's also acutely attuned to the issues and knowledge gaps people who are relocating experience. She was endlessly patient as we looked for our house and with our toddlers always tagging along! She became closer than just a real estate agent and I'm so glad we connected with her!

Exceptional Service from Ghada, a True Gem in the Real Estate Industry! We are writing this review to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for Ghada's outstanding service as our realtor. We had the pleasure of working with her not once, but twice - first when we rented a house 2.5 years ago after freshly moving to the US, and again recently when we purchased our dream home. Ghada's expertise, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and budget, and provided us with personalized guidance throughout the journey. Her negotiation skills are top-notch, and she was able to secure an excellent deal for us on both occasions. What truly sets Ghada apart is her attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure her clients' satisfaction. She suggested contractors for the initial work on our new home, which saved us a significant amount of time and effort. And, as a lovely touch, she presented us with a beautiful, personalized basket when we finally moved into our new home. We cannot recommend Ghada highly enough. If you're looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate realtor who will make your home buying or renting experience a breeze, look no further than Ghada. Thank you, Ghada, for being an absolute rockstar!

Ghada is PASSIONATE about her work. She applies all her expertise into making sure her clients get the place they love and have a smooth transition.

Ghada hand held us through the process of buying our first home — she took immense pains to understand our requirements and pivot when our priorities shifted, she was extremely responsive to our requests, and attentive to every detail. She was also patient enough to stick with us through over a year of our search. She also went above and beyond after the sale, guiding us through selection of paint, furniture, and planning our new home. If you are a first time buyer and feeling overwhelmed look no further— Ghada is a powerhouse of an agent and will make things as smooth as possible for you!

Working with Ghada to sell my home was a very positive experience. She took ownership throughout the process, managing home upgrades, contractors, and ensuring timely completion. Ghada navigated the challenging market conditions with confidence, handling multiple offers and staying in close contact with potential buyers. Her responsiveness and proactive approach led to a successful deal. I highly recommend Ghada for anyone looking for a dedicated and results-driven real estate agent.

Searching and buying a home with Ghada has been the most pleasant, easy, and assured experience. To start, she had great knowledge about Real Estate in the Seattle and surroundings area, explaining to us what each area offered in terms of what buyers look for in those areas, features, expected developments, and appraisal trends. She took careful attention to what we wanted and guided us to define the type of house and type of features in the houses we wanted and should pay attention to. When accompanying us to visit houses, she showed an uncanny perception to catch details, finding traces of hard to notice damage or events that affected the quality of the houses. During the buying process, it was extremely reassuring to have her by our side since she diligently read all documents, pushed back successfully on clauses that were unfavorable to us as buyers, and guided us step by step through the full process. Overall, the buying experience with Ghada has been fantastic with incredible responsiveness, even after closing the deal - she has certainly earned the highest recommendation possible.

Ghada is a great real estate agent. She recently helped us with our house purchase and is a wholesome package! She not only did a fantastic job in getting us the house at a reasonable price but also connected us with great bankers. She was very good at communicating with us as well as the seller agent, which helped us make the winning offer. She was also frugal in setting up the offer to ensure we did not overpay. Even beyond the closing date, she helped us with renting our previous house. Even though she was not working with us as a renting agent, her input and constant communication was very useful for us and helped us tremendously. I highly highly recommend her for your next purchase.

As an extremely detailed person, getting my home ready to sell was more stressful than my DIY wedding. Ghada helped me keep me keep my cool and stay focused, while going out of her way to keep pace with me. My whole life has been, ‘If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.’ I was so blessed to have someone next to me that I could actually trust.

Ghada did an outstanding job during the process of buying and selling my properties. Her dedication, expertise, and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. Since our initial meeting, it was clear that she understood my needs and preferences. She knows the market well, and she has great negotiation skills. What stood out the most was her honesty, transparency, and her commitment to ensure the best possible outcome for me.
