Geraldine was accessible, gracious, and accommodating, unlike other brokers who seemed to feel they were doing us a favor. She quickly gleaned what exactly we were looking for for our son's starter apartment in Brooklyn, and steered us to the right neighborhoods. The fact that she lives in Bed Stuy means she knows the product! The apartment we ended up with is just what we were looking for and compares favorably to a lot of the junk we saw during our "due diligence" phase, before we entered the time frame for May rentals and got serious with a broker. I would recommend her to anyone looking in Brooklyn (or for that matter Hampton Bays). She brought a lot of focus and energy to what, in the scheme of things, is a small deal.
