I purchased a fabulous unit in downtown Old Naples from Georgia Pyne, from my home in Chicago, sight unseen. I met a number of real estate people in SW Florida, but Georgia made the difference for me. As a real estate professional, she not only heard me in regard to what I was looking for, but she worked within the budget we discussed, and asked the appropriate questions to help me narrow down the selections to consider. It made my purchase easy, efficient, and seamless. What was amazingly helpful was that she not only provided many options to consider, but when I narrowed down the choices online,  she immediately went to visit the properties, and came back to me with honesty and straight talk. Exactly what I needed, not being able to see the properties myself. When it came time to purchase, she was there all the way. She walked me through the process, provided guidance and recommendations on the advisors I would need in Florida to assist in the closing, and was there on site for the inspection and at any point when we needed her pre and most importantly post-closing. Plus, her team was amazing in getting to me all of the sales documentaion that made the entire process very productive. I realize there are thousands of real estate professionals in Southwest Florida, but if you are looking for someone who will be honest and straightforward with you, respectful of your wishes and most importantly your budget, I highly recommend Georgia Pyne to work with. My wife and I decided to relocate to the United States from Japan / South Korea. With a container full of moving items en route, we were pressed to find a home that not only was available in a short time, but also something that made sense for us functionally and financially.Having used agents in Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and the USA I have had quite a bit of experience in the process, but Georgia blew my expectations out of the water. Ultimately having my wife actually see our home with her own eyes for the first time and almost in tears being so happy was a great moment in our life and Georgia helped bring that moment together.
