We worked with Buz to help us rent our brownstone in up-town Hoboken. He could not have been more professional. He was extremely responsive and kept us informed at every step of the process. I wish we could have worked with him for longer but he found us the most amazing family to rent our house under 2 weeks!!

Buz Keenan is a friendly long-time local and a thoughtful, skilled real estate professional. He is organized, enthusiastic and easy to work with. We would certainly use him again, but we are so happy with the house he helped us buy we will never move! Highly recommend.

My family and I recently used Buz to sell our condo in Hoboken as we were relocating out of state. From the get go Buz and his team went above and beyond. We had an aggressive timeline to get things in order on our end. Buz over communicated and kept our minds at ease throughout the process. He has a great understanding of the dynamic Hoboken market and did an excellent job of having the market recognize the value of our home. I would HIGHLY recommend Buz as he has a great work ethic and is just a all around good guy.
