Once I narrowed my home search down to the neighborhood I wanted to live in, Geoff Braboy and David Gunther actually reached out to the homeowners in that community and found a house that was off-market that the owners were considering selling. Within a couple of days, we sat at the ktchen table and had an open discussion and ultimately settled on a price and terms that made sense for everyone. I bought and closed on the house 30 days later, with no inconvenience to anyone involved, and have been extremely happy since I move in. Honestly Geoff Braboy is the best... He is a great person and an amazing real estate agent! I had my house on the market with a Realtor (the same Realtor that sold me the home) and he was supposedly a pro-Realtor with one of the largest real estate countries in the nation... Unfortunately, there were many mistakes made in the attempt to sell my home and it almost cost me a foreclosure. Luckily, I terminated my contract early with my old agent and hired Geoff. Even under time restraints, stressful events, and going up against the odds, he agreed to help me sell my home. He negotiated with attorneys and the bank, and amazingly, I was able to sell my home in three days at full asking price! I sold my home, avoided foreclosure, and still made a profit. He is motivated, reliable, diligent, empathetic, humble, and hard working, to say the least. I trusted him, and I'm happy that I did. You have a choice in Realtors - choose Geoff!
