She was always available and incredibly proactive, especially when it came to checking the quality of the build and highlighting possible issues. I had a specific wishlist of 8 items that I hoped to have in my home. She actually found a home with 7 of them! She really listens to what you want and works tirelessly to make it happen! Genevieve consistently made herself available to my many questions and concerns, whether it was by phone, email, or text. She communicated with me days, evenings, and weekends. She is knowledgable, and answers she doesn't have, she digs until she has them. Genevieve was consistently professional and very patient with my many questions and concerns. Even though our purchase involved a relatively small land purchase, and an equally small commission for Genevieve, the time and effort she put into making the transaction happen could not have been greater if it had involved a multi-million dollar contract.
