Gary was very good at explaining all the paperwork before listing the house. It can be overwhelming and confusing. Gary was very knowledgeable and kept me well informed through the whole process of selling my mothers home. Gary was always prompt in getting back to me and/or answering my questions, even when he was on vacation. He also had a lot of patience's when dealing with the attorney. I feel Gary is very trustworthy and respectful and would highly recommend him to anyone.
Gary was always available and offered great suggestions & helped to allow repairmen, cleaners etc into the home since I live out of state. He also kept a close eye on the place. 12/23
