Tried initially to sell our house by owner with not much success. During that time, Gary came by and did a evaluation with us and gave us some pointers all free of charge. When we finally decided to list with a realtor, we picked Gary because of his professionalism, his kindness and courtesy and because he's just an overall nice guy!
