He answered all questions with patience and knowledge. We completely understood all contracts. He even arranged lawn care between our departure and the sale of our home!! Gary and his assistant, Donna Drake, kept us on schedule and up-to-date on all the happenings. They were so polite and kind even when things came up at the last minute before closing!! Gary knew the perfect professionals to call when situations arose! Gary even arranged the retrieval of my wedding dress that was left in the attic!! Gary is patient, kind, and friendly but didn't let us get bullied or taken advantage of! I wouldn't want anyone else to help me sell my home!

Gary is an excellent agent and was a joy to work with but also a great fighter and negotiator to have representing us. For a lot of reasons our home purchase was abnormal and tricky; the home itself is fairly unique in a good way but also had uncommon issues which made it challenging to value and required a lot of insight into what we were up against. Gary is extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide us through with the wisdom of a seasoned professional. Without getting into details, there were also a number of points throughout the deal that required a strong and persuasive negotiator and Gary was exactly that. People often overuse this phrase but in this case it is really true that we couldn't have done it without him.
