Gary, from the start, was kind, genuine, truthful, funny, and so very very helpful. As first time homebuyers, we knew we wanted to buy a house but had an incomplete picture of the process and all of the steps. Gary explained them all up front, and then each as they happened. He had amazing insight into the seller's responses, 'next moves,' etc. He was driving 40-50 minutes north of his main area each time we got together to help my wife and I find a house that fit our two jobs and our goals for the commute. Gary went above and beyond due to the realtors outside of the area not being in the digital age and did extra legwork to get us into the homes we wanted to see. Gary did an excellent job working with us on the 'ups and downs' of the process--when we were disappointed or unsure, Gary gave us confidence and kept us optimistic. He kept us updated, we felt like we knew what to expect based on what Gary laid out for us, and as a result we didn't feel the stress we expected to feel as first time home buyers. I hope Gary is still around when we go to sell because if he'll do it, he's our #1 pick--hands down. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. You've found someone who knows the market in this area, knows the business, and treats people right and treats then with dignity and respect, even if it's your first time going through the process and he needs to take it slow and explain everything...a few times :).
