She was helpful in all aspects, even recommending timing due to how fast the market was turning. I have nothing but great things to say about her. She even had sellers (who weren’t her clients) specifically reaching out to her for help selling their home which is how we found my house. I will ABSOLUTELY be using Gail in any future transactions. After interviewing three other agents, Gail had the best presentation and had references for contractors we were going to need to use. Her estimate for what the house was going to sell for also came in remarkably close to what actually happened. Gail was quick to respond to any questions and took our concerns seriously.
