I recently bought a condo in Tulsa. After the seller moved out, I found mold in my master bedroom closet. (It had been missed by the inspector.) I am deathly allergic to mold and spoke at length to my realtor about it, but to no avail. Now, let's get this straight. Frankie was the SELLERS realtor in our recent condo buy. She was under NO obligation to assist me in any way. Her part of the transaction was completed once the sale was over. What did this wonderful woman do? She arranged for a mold testing company to come to my home and confirm mold. She brought in a workman to remediate the mold and didn't charge me one single dime. Then she called me after the transaction to check on me to see if there was anything else she could do to help me. Simply amazing. I have never in all my years of home buying worked with anyone like Frankie. She is an absolute dream and to say that I recommend her does not cut it.
