Wonderful experience with Francine as our realtor. I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends. She is a strong communicator and negotiator, and she will ask the right questions and listen in order to fully understand your family’s needs to best advocate on your behalf. She is prompt, prepared, and available to help you in your home search. I appreciate that she is numbers- driven and brings the comparable housing data with her to showings. She is transparent with her thoughts on what is priced right and what is not. With Francine as our realtor, our family felt great about the home we chose, and we know that the best terms were negotiated for this financial investment!

Francine was such a joy to work with. She took time to understand our family’s needs and helped us to buy the house that we absolutely loved. We have experienced her continued support months after we bought our home. She’s relentless and will advocate for you. She was always ready to go above and beyond in every aspect of the home buying experience. I’m so glad we had her on our side!

Francine went above and beyond to help us find the right home for my son and his cousin to rent. My son is a wheelchair user and finding a home with a stairless entry, doors wide enough to wheel through and a bedroom and bathroom spacious enough to easily navigate was no small task! She must have shown us at least 40 houses over a 2-month time period. We finally found the perfect one. We could not have done it without Francine. I wish I could give her 10 stars - that's how awesome she is!

Francine has been extremely generous with her time in assisting me. She listened to what I was looking for and sent me perfect matches. I highly recommend her.

Grateful! She made everything easy!! We’re so grateful that we found Francine to help us lease our house. Between various travels and the actual move itself, we had very little time to devote to marketing our house for lease. After attempting to lease it ourselves, we handed it over to Francine as we moved out of state. Francine exceeded our expectations every step of the process. She was an excellent communicator, went above and beyond to find qualified tenants quickly, and took great care of the house during this transition. We could not have found a better person for this listing. Because of her dedication we had a peace of mind knowing everything was in good hands. We absolutely loved working with Francine and would highly recommended her to anyone!

Working with Francine is simply a dream! I had personally been on the hunt for an investment property for over a year before I started working with her. I thought that maybe my expectations were too high but I ended up finding the property I had been dreaming of all thanks to her hard work, patience and diligence! The way she made me feel like I was her #1 priority at all times truly meant so much and in addition to her immense knowledge, the care she gave to me was above and beyond. I cannot possibly recommend her enough and look forward to working with her again in the future.
