Felicia was excellent. I know lots of people select 5 starts because it's easy, but I would give Felicia 6 if I could. She helped us purchase our first home during the first half of 2022, in a period which could charitably be described as a nightmare for a first-time homebuyer. She invested an enormous amount of time understanding our wants, our needs, and, arguably most importantly, our financial comfort zone. Felicia was beyond patient with us as we "discovered" our tastes through the process of seeing homes. We must have seen 50+ houses in person with her.
