I have been a South Florida resident for over 40 years (not quite a native, but close) and love to share my 20+ years of experience with you, whether a Seller or Buyer. Having been immersed in the Tri-County area, I have special expertise in Broward County including horse farms to the West and ocean access properties to the East, while specializing in the Davie, Cooper City, Plantation, Weston & Southwest Ranches areas in West Broward.
