This review is for Erica Thompson. I started with a different L&F agent and ended up with Erica who was absolutely outstanding. She guided me through the process of selling my house and buying a new property like the best friend. She was there to listen to my preferences, explained the process, investigated all concerns I had about different properties, and provided helpful advice when I really needed it. At no point I felt pressured or rushed with anything. She went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and enjoyable. Real estate is her passion and it truly shows.
Erica was great. She made a lot of promises, many of which were unfulfilled at the closing. But she stuck with it, followed through, and delivered after the sale was over.
