11/10 - Incredible experience buying a home with Evan. The first word that comes to mind is trust. He had our best interest in mind and swayed us away from properties that he did not fit our vision. We never felt pressured by Evan to make any decision and he was willing to search as long as we needed to find the right house. Beyond trust, he is extremely detail oriented and thorough. He made sure we are educated on the process and left no stone unturned in getting as much information on each house before bidding.
