We can't say enough great things about Esther! As hard negotiators who sweat every detail, we needed someone who could handle our demands—and she did it masterfully and professionally. While she was away in Europe, we unexpectedly fell in love with a house and she still managed exceptional responsiveness: quick replies, proactive updates, and seamless coordination with everyone involved before the option period. No dropped balls, even remotely during the holidays! Her negotiation was fierce—she pushed hard and landed us the home at 10% below asking, which felt like a major win in this market. Plus, her contractor connections are gold; she recommended pros who did fantastic work right after we closed. If you want an agent who fights for you, stays on top of everything, and delivers big results, look no further. Thank you, Esther — you're the best!

Working with Esther was an absolute dream! Her depth of knowledge is invaluable and if it happens that she doesn’t know something, she always had great follow-up. She’s a great listener and keeps your needs and feedback top of mind.

We had the best experience working with our real estate agent Esther during our move from San Antonio to Dallas. They made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, even from a different city. They were always quick to answer questions and really helped us feel confident every step of the way. Their knowledge of the Dallas area was a huge help when we were deciding on a home. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would 100% recommend them.

She went above and beyond. She was quick to point out what each listing had and didn’t have. She truly worked to find us the house we wanted. Extremely professional and very kind. I can think of no higher compliment than to urge others to work with Esther. You will not be disappointed.

I recently sold my mother’s home with the help of Esther Jane Ferre and Esther N Ferre and cannot recommend this team highly enough. Their expertise, dedication and professionalism were evident every step of the way. Their knowledge of the local market was invaluable, and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns. Within a few days of listing, we had multiple offers and were grateful for our agents’ insight and negotiating skills. Wonderful experience!

Esther is amazing to work with. She is kind and patient. She takes the time to explain every step in a clear way and was never bothered by my many many questions. She also goes above and beyond to find exactly what you are looking for. She truly has a gift at helping families find their perfect house.
