Erin was amazing. Completely transparent through every step of the process. Anyone asking me that is looking for a house in Horry County I’ll absolutely suggest Erin without hesitation.
This is our second time doing business with Erin. Again she was an incredible realtor. She is the définition of being available for her clients. ALWAYS responds quickly. She is a professionnel all the way and such a nice person. We liked her a lot! Please be sure to thank her again and again. Stephane and Nathalie
Erin is an Angel, a magician and a very hard working agent. She had quite an experience with our sale but throughout she remained calm and always always available for us. Thank you so very much for everything ! Nathalie
Erin is a great ASSET to your company, she was always available for our questions and concerns, which were very few. She did an awesome job selling our home.
Ms. Erin Smith, The realtor agent of Coldwell Banker, did a marvelous job during my home purchase. She was my middle man (or in this case, my middle-lady) who helped coordinate my needs with the seller. She was quick with her correspondence with me and very informative. She was also professional and quick to address the problems I encountered during the process. I would definitely recommend Mr. Erin Smith. Thank you for helping me and my wife acquire our dream home.
