We met Erin through one of her listings. We instantly clicked! She was so kind and eager to help us list our home in preparation of purchasing that home. Although that home didn’t work out, I truly believe that everything happens for a reason. We stumbled upon a home that had just hit the market and we wanted to see it the next day. She immediately got back with us and said “let’s see it now”. She was in the area with her family and within 20 minutes of reaching out to her we were all touring the house together. I loved that! Her boys were so sweet and I can definitely see them being realtors when they grow up! We made an offer shortly after and within a day it was accepted. Erin genuinely cares about her clients and her attentiveness to our needs and feelings was much appreciated. She was extremely diligent in getting things done to keep the ball rolling on selling our old home and buying our forever home. She was in constant communication with us and always made us feel at ease during the whole process. We were able to have both closings in the same week which was truly awesome. It was a smooth process from beginning to end and Erin was the one who made it possible. We can’t thank her enough.
