Erin is an amazing realtor. I used her both with buying a house and selling a house. She is very skilled and competent. She made sure that we understood everything we were signing and what to expect. When we moved out of state, she handled all of the home repairs while saving us a ton of money by gathering different quotes. I felt like she was always available for questions or concerns. She truly advocated for us both with buying and selling a home!

My husband and I had been looking for a our first home in one of the most competitive neighborhoods amidst a very difficult market and were coming up with little luck. When we were finally introduced to Erin, our luck quickly shifted and we felt finding a home was an achievable goal. In the span of a year, Erin worked long hours getting to know us well, studying the market, and doing whatever she could to track down our future home. She dedicated time to showing us any house worth considering--even ones we were unsure about--just so we could better know what to look for. She even knew what to tell us to inspect, and when to be concerned. She was quickly responsive, honest, and went above and beyond to make us happy. When it came time to buying, she did so much of the grunt work, I felt I hardly had to lift a finger. The process was streamlined and clearly communicated. Any questions I had she was so readily able to answer... and I asked a lot! We are now homeowners in our favorite neighborhood, and we owe her the hugest thank you. She is the go-getter we needed and has truly been our answered prayer!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Erin! She was so patient with us as we transitioned from "Let's just see what's out there" to "Can we find something by April?" We were helping our soon-to-be college grad find and purchase her first home and Erin provided so much wisdom and insight as we walked that road. Erin was an outstanding real estate agent to me during the process of selling my parent's home. She handled everything seamlessly and went above and beyond to make my life easier with me out of state. Erin handled more than just the property transactions. TL;DR: Erin is the best realtor in the Birmingham area. Use her, you won't regret it. Erin took care of my wife and I moving from Gardendale to Chelsea. Being in a town home in Gardendale for less than a year, to looking for something in Chelsea made it a difficult sale situation. Erin helped us stage the house and constantly pushed the contact with potential buyers. She gave plenty of notice when there was going to be a showing and did everything she could to make the process as painless as possible. On the buying side of things. The market was chaotic, this was in January 2020. She was constantly sending us potential houses to purchase that met our needs and wants . We are picky and not the easiest to deal with, but she did a phenomenal job getting us in to our new home. Erin is hands down the best realtor for both your buy and sell needs. She's the one stop shop for realty! PS: sorry this is almost a year late Erin :)
