This is the third time I’ve worked with Erin, and I can’t say enough good things about her! She truly cares about her clients, and her communication is beyond exceptional. She’s patient, kind, and understanding… even with crazy, indecisive people like me. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else to find my forever home!
I could not have asked for a better experience. Erin Norton did such an amazing job. I absolutely loved working with her. She was so positive throughout the whole process of helping me find my home. She always answered the phone and responded to my messages though we had completely different schedules. She was dedicated from the beginning always willing to make a showing happen when I asked to see something even if she know it was the home for me. She sent properties she know would spark my interest. She always showed up to the showings early. She was always honest about her opinion of what she thought about some of the properties. And that made me feel so much more comfortable with the process, knowing I she was not going to let me make the wrong choice. Erin was not going to just tell me what I wanted to hear on a property she did not think was perfect for me and my little guy. Erin was so welcoming to having my little guy at the showings. She would always show her bright smile when hearing the excitement from my little guy. And I truly appreciated that the most because he can be a little wild. I will forever be grateful for having the opportunity to work with Erin. I will always recommend Erin to anyone looking for a realtor because I know she will do the same for them as she did for me. I think my favorite part of the whole experience was Erin never made me feel I was just a paycheck for her. I remember in the beginning when a few homes we looked at weren’t a good fit she said “we have as much time as you need I will be here as long as it takes to find you a home whether that is next week, next month or ever a year from me” she never tried to rush the process. There was a time our schedules did not match up and she was willing to have me work with another realtor just so I did not miss out on that opportunity. But there was no way I could have done that I was dedicated to working with only her and just took it as a sign that that home was not the one for me. The day of closing was so easy and very relaxing. She helped explain anything I’m may not have understood. I just made the whole process so much more comfortable than the first home I bought. So thank you for sending me the perfect person to work with. Just having somebody that was so real honest and kind made it the best experience her bright smile helped with the disappointment from the homes that weren’t exactly like the listing stated. If I had to go to the process all over again, there’s nobody else I would rather choose to make the experience better.
Great service. Erin is very punctual, business-like when need be, personable, appearance is always very presentable, always smiling and if she ever is asked something she doesn't have an immediate answer to, instead of fudging it, she says she'll get back to you with the answer, and does. We had absolutely no problem with Erin at all.
We have a second property to show and when it is ready for such, we will be calling on her expertise again.
