I had never worked with Erin before, but I had bought several houses/properties throughout the years. So I had a pretty good concept of what I was looking for when buying a new place. But Erin went above and beyond. She knew what to look for and what questions to ask. In addition, she was great at communicating and doing so promptly! We were in constant contact on many things and she always did a wonderful job explaining things if I had a question. She did a great job throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate in working with Erin again!

Erin Anderson was so wonderful to work with! Working with Erin made our move across the country from North Carolina to Wisconsin a delightful experience. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, the different types of homes and things that are unique to this part of the country that we did not know about from NC. For example, the water softeners and the things to be aware of in basements and garages like heating options and flooring, window access, etc.
