If you have a case, time is your friend, just remember that. Became a client when their office was small and met directly with Mark after two separate people in St. Louis had recommended him, then left when they had several more law staff. Erikia was with me from beginning to end and listened to several calls of panic. They helped set me up with some great doctors as I didn't know who to go to when first moving to the area after the incident. Kevin took my concerns into account and listened when I had several questions. I'd say the only thing I'd write negatively that communication/quick updates could have been more often (even if there was no update!) As well as a notification that someone would be taking over my case instead of Mark since he was the original one I sat down with 5 years ago. Trivial stuff at the end of the day however because I'd still give them 5 stars. I even walked away with some pretty great swag, the personalized Prosecco really sealed the deal to celebrate!!!
