Josh has been amazing through our entire home journey. We had such a unique requirement for a home and he was extremely (like 2 years worth) patient with us while we looked. He also has been amazing with assisting us in selling our old home. There is not a question that he couldn't answer and he made us feel important and comfortable through the entire process.
Josh Hutchinson was absolutely amazing! Very easy to deal with, always accommodating, and made me and my family feel like we were his only client! He explained everything and was very flexible in his communications. 10/10 I would always come back to Josh!
Josh did a wonderful job keeping us updated on available properties, and was very gracious with his time when we came to Delaware for househunting. Very professional and provided sound advice.
Erik Hofferer and associates are a first class Agency and would highly recommend this team to anyone that’s looking to sell or purchase a home. They were there each step of the process providing detailed information, guidance and support in helping us make a sound decision. We appreciate this team and say Thank You for all you have done. We love our new home.
John Rowland, It was an absolute pleasure working with you in the quest of finding a new home. Your patience and professionalism was always very much appreciated. Thank you for everything, Lynda
My agent is a Miracle Worker, he’s always been there for me and my family and I consider him a very good friend besides my agent. Thank you to Erik Hoeffer and his team
