This time around has been a wild ride to say the least. We listed our house last spring, accepted an offer quite quickly. We then went through inspections on that home as well as a new home we had our sights on, only to have the buyers back out last minute without reason. We ended up losing the new potential home due to other non contingent offers rolling into those sellers. We were discouraged and after thinking it through we paused our sale. Erica was totally understanding and supported us through it! We re-listed this spring and fortunately received an over ask offer first day!
Erica makes herself available whenever we have needed her, always answers my sometimes silly texts and is guaranteed to have a smile on her face when you see her!
