I have used Enrique Alamo’s services as my realtor agent in two occasions already. A year ago I had the opportunity to ask Enrique for help to find a rental apartment in my preferred area in Miami. Within two weeks I was already making arrangements to move after finding exactly what I was looking for. It was a quick and straight forward process.
 
Almost two months ago, I asked Enrique for help to find a house. I had decided to buy a house in a location much closer to my work place. We started the search, we saw the first house and I liked it a lot. I put an offer on the house but the deal did not go through. Within the next week, I had another house as a target. Since last Friday, June 6, I own this house.  
 
Today I am a “first time” home owner and I definitely have to be thankful that I had Enrique throughout the whole process helping me and working on my benefit. The process of buying a house can be stressful and exhausting but I can say Enrique helped me since the beginning, understanding the process and keeping a step ahead in order to make the process smooth and effective. Within two months since I decided to buy a house, we completed everything beyond my expectations.
 
I can say my experience was excellent. He was always there to answer my questions and to deal with my impatience. I thank him a lot for this life changing experience of finding a place I am going to call home for several years to come. 

Enrique was knowledgeable of the housing market in South Florida and provided much need insight regarding the buying process for a first time home buyer.  I purchased my first home in May of 2013 and have recommended his services to everyone I know looking to buy or sell.  He is professional, courteous and very patient.  Additionally, Enrique’s contacts for the other activities associated with buying a house (financing, home inspection, home owner’s insurance etc.) are amongst the best.

It was a pleasure working with Enrique Alamo.  Enrique is very professional and knowledgeable. Every apartment that we visited he always had all the information of the property and the comparable. Other Realtors are not that prepare during the walk-through of the properties.  He was always very positive that we were going to find the right apartment at the right price.  He gave me a lot of good ideas in terms of the financing aspect.  I will recommend Enrique Alamo to my friends and family.
