Wow!! where do I even begin!? From the first conversation with Emily, she proved she was on my side. She gave me the full breakdown of what the home-buying process was going to look like, and then she put me in touch with an amazing broker who helped me get approved for a loan AND helped bump my credit score 100+ points! From there, we started house-hunting. And because Emily is so experienced and familiar with first-time homebuyers, she would check-in with me and ask questions and make suggestions and jokes and do all the wonderful things a friend would do if they were helping me with a stressful, huge life decision. She pointed out red flags in basements, thoroughly inspected everything from electrical boxes to stains in the ceiling, and helped educate me in how to take care of the more nuts & bolts side of owning a home. And, like a true friend, she wouldn’t let me settle for less than the best. Emily made the home-buying process simple and comfortable, and she believed in me. She believed that I WOULD find the right home and have “that feeling” people talk about. House-after-house, she could read it on my face that I either wasn’t into them, was so-so, or really liked them. And when she saw that I liked a house, she fought hard to help me win. There were a couple homes that slipped away, but I’m glad they did. The house I’m in now is 10x better than any of the ones I thought were “the one”, and in 100x better of a location. I love Emily for all the help she gave me, and I personally know several people who have worked with her before and I can attest that their homes and lives are better for having worked with her. Even after the sale, she kept in touch and relayed any questions I had to the previous owners - giving me a response in 24 hours or less. If you’re looking for an agent, look no further!
