Immediately after closing on the home when I bought it, there was an emergency with my water tank while out of town, Emilie was the one who was first to the scene to help take care of it even though this was well beyond what she was required to do. I loved living in the home, and it also proved to be a great investment. It was an obvious choice to go with Emilie when selling my home 3 years later, and she again made the process so smooth. She helped me prepare my home to sell, and helped make sure the house was in great condition to pass off to the new owners. She helped me through the process of getting the buyers requested repairs done, negotiating on my behalf with several plumbers for a specific issue and getting me the best price.
