A New Jersey native, Elzia Phillips lived in nine different U.S. states before settling on Florida’s Gulf Coast in 2003, where she currently resides in the Palmer Ranch area. First licensed in real estate in 1980, Elzia brings a wealth of experience to homebuyers and sellers in and around Sarasota. Her diverse professional background in the industry has ranged from serving as relocation director for a Connecticut based firm, to sales manager/broker at the helm of a 15 agent boutique company in North Carolina. Prior to joining Michael Saunders & Company, Elzia represented RE/MAX in Venice, FL, where she fine-tuned her knowledge of the local real estate market. To enhance the level of service she provides to her customers, Elzia earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, E-pro certification, and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a distinguished mark of professionalism that demonstrates her proficiency in residential sales. Elzia earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Virginia University, before earning two masters degrees, demonstrating her life-long enthusiasm for learning. In her spare time, she enjoys giving back to the community through her church and supporting initiatives to provide assistance to the elderly. With three sons and four grandchildren, family is an important and joyful part of her life.
