Elliot was amazing. He assisted me to find a new house and sell my current home. He was always available via text, phone or email. He worked with my schedule for looking at homes. If I needed help with any paperwork I could count on him to help answer questions or help walk me thru the docusign prcess. If he was not available there was always someone available to talk with. I loved that he did weekly check in’s with me even if nothing was going on. I will recommend him to any family or friends needing a real estate agent.

Elliot is great! He was teamed up with another realtor, but was just as committed to helping us find our house- the one for us. He wanted to know our likes and dislikes, would visit properties with us and answer questions, and always with a smile. Spoke clearly, professionally, and kind. Allowed us the room to make our own opinions and decisions without pressuring us into one particular property or the other. His focus, aside from learning the process, was that we had a great experience with this purchase and that we were satisfied with the property as well as the attention given. The communication was open, quick, respectfully, and friendly; answering back within minutes. Communicated with us via email, text, and calls and it worked wonderfully because we never had to sit and wonder what was happening. He took the time to stay in touch during every step of the process and was there with us during closing.
